What are your class times?
Classes range from 7am-7pm Monday-Friday. Check our schedule on ZenPlanner for more details.
What's the difference between this and other bootcamp?
With our program, you'll have dedicated days focused on strength, endurance, cardio, and technique. You'll also receive coaching and accountability prompts throughout the program. We want to make sure you're all in!
If I am out of shape can I still do the program?
Absolutely! Our program is designed to help people of any level enter and feel appropriately challenged. We will help you find exercise variations that are safe, accessible, and allow you to grow.
How does the guarantee work?
We know you will see the results if you do the work- that's why we hold you accountable. If you hold a 75% accountability check-in and attend a minimum of two sessions per week, you WILL see results. Class attendance and habit accountability will be verified.
How many sessions can I attend per week?
This program provides 3 sessions per week. These can be used at Everchange Fitness or at the Upper Noe Boot Camp, located at the Upper Noe Rec Center.
What if I want to come in more?
You achiever, you! While the rate of the program includes our most popular training frequency, we also have unlimited sessions available.
What do I need to know before attending my first session?
The studio is a shoes-off environment to work on strengthening the full body. Each day's session begins with a check-in and muscle release work, moves to active warmups, and then progresses to the day's training program itself. If you need to change, we have washrooms and showers available.
Does it include a nutrition plan too?
Yes! There are meal plans and grocery list separated into 1400 and 1800 calorie needs, with recipes to accompany. We'll help you tailor these resources to your eating needs and tastes.
When does my program official start?
